Beulah Bramel Gray

Beulah Bramel Gray, age 89 of Georgetown, Ohio died Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at the Ohio Valley Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ripley, Ohio. She was a homemaker and a member of the Georgetown Church of Christ. Mrs. Gray was born December 12, 1925 in Goddard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Lott and Lucy (Reynolds) Bramel. She was also preceded in death by her husband – Charles Owen Gray in 1988; they were married August 12, 1942; four sisters – Mabel Hoy, Colleen Jones, Maxine Jones and Betty Gilvin and four brothers – John and Cecil Sammons and Charles and Earl Bramel.

Mrs. Gray is survived by two daughters – Sharon Layman-Grohowski and husband Larry of Batavia, Ohio and Melanie Bruce and husband Roger of Felicity, Ohio; two sons – Jonathan O. Gray and wife Elizabeth of Felicity, Ohio and Timothy C. Gray and wife Missi of Felicity, Ohio; sixteen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law – Marie and Anne Bramel; caretaker and friend – Mary Alice Brooks of Georgetown, Ohio and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at the Georgetown Church of Christ, 149 Hamer Road, Georgetown, Ohio. Kevin Whitsett will officiate. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Church. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio.  If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Georgetown Church of Christ, 149 Hamer Road, Georgetown, Ohio 45121 or to Vitas Hospice Care, 11500 Northlake Drive, Suite 400, Cincinnati, Ohio 45249.
