Carol Lee Puckett

Carol Lee Puckett, age 78 of Mt. Orab, Ohio died Monday, May 9, 2016 at the Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Center in Seaman, Ohio. Mrs. Puckett was a homemaker. She was born August 22, 1937 in Winchester, Ohio the daughter of the late Harris and Blanche (Cook) Stratton. She was also preceded in death by one son – James Anderson Puckett, one infant daughter – Rhonda Lynn Puckett, one brother – Richard Stratton and one daughter-in-law – Carol Marie Puckett.

Mrs. Puckett is survived by her husband of sixty years – Raymond L. Puckett whom she married May 8, 1956; one son – Charles Puckett and wife Lisa of Georgetown, Ohio, two daughters – Teresa Newberry and husband Garry of Hamersville, Ohio and Susan Puckett and fiance` Rodger Eagle of Georgetown, Ohio; six grandchildren – Jessica Barnett, Josh and Jacob Newberry, Jeromy Schmidt and Brian and Laura Puckett and five great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, May 13, 2016 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Linwood Cemetery in Russellville, Ohio.
