Donna Heflin

Donna Jean Heflin, age 77 of Ripley, Ohio died Thursday, August 27, 2015 at her residence. She was a retired bus driver for the RULH School District. Donna was born April 13, 1938 in Hamilton, Ohio the Daughter of the late George Menard and Thelma May (Sester) Unland. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband – John Louis Heflin in 2009; one son – Douglas Dean Heflin; one daughter – Margaret Kay Allen and two sisters – Charletta Johnson and Viola Unland.

Mrs. Heflin is survived by four daughters – Lucinda May Heflin of California, Carol Sue Boardman of Florida, Charlene Stone of Aberdeen, Ohio and Connie Jean Brock of Maysville, Ohio; two sons – John Ora Heflin and Dwayne Edward Heflin both of Ripley, Ohio; one sister – Joyce Gillenger of Florida; thirty-six grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, August 31, 2015 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio. David Wirth will officiate. Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. Sunday, August 30, 2015 at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Maplewood Cemetery in Ripley, Ohio.
