Jimmy Leon Smith, age 65 of Georgetown, Ohio died Thursday, July 14, 2016 at the Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Care Center in Seaman, Ohio. He work in maintenance for the Wood Hill Apartment Complex and the Everclean Cleaning Company, attended the Ebenezer Meeting House Church and was a United States Vietnam War Army veteran. He was born May 4, 1951 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of the late Doyle and Ann (Wright) Smith. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister – Carol Ann Smith.

Mr. Smith is survived by his wife – Millie (Mize) Smith; four step-children - Debra Ziliox and husband Kim of Columbus, Ohio, Michael R. Menrath, Jr. and wife Theresa of Bon Aqua, Tennessee, Elizabeth Arcail and husband Joseph of Felicity, Ohio and Katie Menrath of California; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; four brothers -  Wayne Smith of Highland Heights, Kentucky and Carl, Jackie and Allen Smith all of Dayton, Kentucky; seven sisters – Anna Rose Kirkpatrick of Florence, Kentucky, Betty Allan of Belleview, Kentucky, Shirley Campbell of Milford, Ohio, Pauline Brown of Cincinnati, Ohio, Mae Corbin of Independence, Kentucky, Bonnie Warner of Erlanger, Kentucky and Ruth Rider of Florence, Kentucky and many nieces, nephews and his special dog – Holly.

An anatomical gift was made to the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 P.M. Sunday, July 17, 2016 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio with military services provided by the Carey Bavis American Legion Post #180 of Georgetown, Ohio. Ken Harmon will officiate. Visitation will be from 3:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.
