John Henry Litzinger

John Henry Litzinger, age 76 of Georgetown, Ohio, died Friday, May 15, 2015 at the Villa Georgetown Nursing Home in Georgetown, Ohio. He was retired from Clopay in Augusta, Kentucky, where he worked for over thirty years, and was a member of the Peace Lutheran Church in Arnheim, Ohio. Mr.Litzinger was born December 13, 1938 in Mason County, Kentucky, the son of the late Frank Peter and Emma (Kabb) Litzinger. He was also preceded in death by two children - Bobby and Pam; three brothers - Eugene, James and Frank; and three sisters - Katherine, Josephine and Betty.

Mr. Litzinger is survived by his loving wife of thirty-one years - Ruth (Courts) Litzinger; nine children - Alta, Mike, Kay, Nettie, Pattie, Wayne, Lisa, Johnny Ray and Tammy; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; three stepchildren - Rich, April, Randy and wife Darlene; three step grandchildren - Greg and wife Tammy, Shana and Quinton; three step great grandchildren - Peyton, Ashley and Nolan; one sister - Margaret Jackson and husband Thomas; one brother - Paul Litzinger and wife Sue.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Interment will follow the funeral service in Peace Lutheran Cemetery in Arnheim, Ohio.
