Mary B Fussnecker

Mary B. Fussnecker, age 94 of Ripley, Ohio, died Thursday, June 18, 2015 at the Eagle Creek Nursing Home in West Union, Ohio.  She was a homemaker, a member of St. Michael Church in Ripley and a member of the Rosary Altar Society at St. Michaels.  Mrs. Fussnecker was born December 28, 1920 in Fleming County, Kentucky the daughter of the late James Bowman and Mary Rose (Fay) Cropper.  She was also preceded in death by her husband – Ralph I. Fussnecker; one son – Ralph Fussnecker, Jr.; three sisters – Theresa Schumacher, Anna Downing and Agnes Cooper; two brothers – Joseph and John Cropper.

Mrs. Fussnecker is survived by six children – Mary Ann MacLeod of Ripley, Ohio, Steve Fussnecker of Georgetown, Ohio, Jane Lightner of Ripley, Ohio, Tom Fussnecker of Ripley, Ohio, Bob Fussnecker of Ripley, Ohio and Frank Fussnecker of Georgetown, Ohio; twenty three grandchildren, thirty four great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren; two sister in laws – Elsie Cropper and Mary Cropper, both of Georgetown, Ohio.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at St. Michael Catholic Church in Ripley, Ohio.  Rev. Dohrman Byers will be the Celebrant.  Visitation will be from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. on Monday, June 22 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley.  Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery in Ripley.
