Dear Joan and Girls,
My deepest sympathy to all of you. I have such sweet memories of baby sitting the older girls. Cutest and sweetest girls one could ever hope to sit with. And what a lovely home Joan and Paul created! If it could be made or canned Joan could do it. And Paul was a dedicated farmer and father. Love and comfort to each of you. Joyce Glaze Webster and husband, Patrick.

Dearest Arlene and Family.....I just wanted to let all of you know that we were so sorry that we were out of town and could not make the visitation or the funeral of Paul. We both always liked him so much. He had a wonderful life because of his wonderful family and we send out love.......

My deepest sympathies go out to all of you & my thoughts and prayers are with you also.
I have so many fond childhood memories with your family and your father.
All the fun times I had on your farm with cousin Karen and your family. The awesome home cooked meals from your mother, fresh from the fields of your father's hard work, adventures on the property and around Pisgah Hill, the best front porch ever and your dad always teasing me about everything!!
He had me believing for years that chocolate milk came from black cows up until my latter teen years. True story! :) I would argue it with friends that it was the truth! :) He would always have me on edge too, as it seemed at the time, after every meal I would have with you all he would tell me I would have to go home after and walk on top of it! He had me so convinced that I would almost cry every time. My memory of him is that of being a jokester with a big sense of humor. I have and will always cherish these great memories.
Time passes and we lose contact with one another and we lose loved ones near and dear to us and while we may not be in one another's presence we are always in thought and spirit.
May the days ahead bring you peace and may time heal the pain of the loss of your loving father. His legacy and spirit will forever live on and be with many and yourselves until you reunite again one day. Treasure your memories and the moments you have now and into the future with one another. You all are and were truly blessed to have such a wonderful upbringing and father who treasured all of you.
God Bless and Paul Rest in Peace.

My sincere sympathy to the entire family. Paul was a loving, caring man. He was a good neighbor. Lowell and I enjoyed our many conversations through the years at Friendly Foster's, the Dairy, and the Diner. He will be missed by many. RIP Paul.
