Roy Davidson

Roy Roland Davidson, age 89 of Mt.Orab, Ohio formerly of Hollowtown Community, died Sunday, July 26, 2015 at the Locust Ridge Nursing Home in Williamsburg, Ohio. He was retired from US Playing Cards in Norwood, Ohio, an electrician and a farmer.  Roy liked to coon hunt when he was young.  Roy was born October 14, 1925 in Hollowtown, Ohio the son of the late Alva Claude and Audrey Madge (Robuck) Davidson.  Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by four sisters – Naomi Brown , Zelma Harker, Shirley Davidson and Phyllis Davidson and two brothers – Ray Davidson and Millard Davidson.

Mr. Davidson is survived by his wife of 67 years – Eunice (Rhoades) Davidson; two sisters – Nora Zell of Dayton, Ohio and Pauline Unger of Buford, Ohio; two brothers – Delmar Davidson  and wife Mary of Dayton, Ohio and Lowell Richard Davidson and wife Joyce of Dodsonville, Ohio; one sister-in-law – Dorothy Zugg and family and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, July 30, 2015 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt.Orab, Ohio. Bruce Dickerson will officiate. Visitation will be from 12:00 P.M. - 1:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Mt. Orab Cemetery in Mt. Orab, Ohio.
