Teresa (Layman) Gilbert

Teresa Layman Gilbert, age 60 of Lake Havasu City, Arizona died Wednesday, June 24, 2015 in Lake Havasu City after a long battle with cancer. Mrs. Gilbert was born January 1, 1955 in Jeffersonville, Indiana the daughter of Donald Layman and the late Dorinda (Lay) Layman. Besides her mother, she was also preceded in death by two brothers – Garry Layman and Donald Layman II.

Teresa is survived by her husband – Vern Gilbert of Lake Havasu City, Arizona; her father and step mother – Donald Layman and wife Frieda of Cincinnati, Ohio; one sister – Kathy Anderson and husband Jimmy of Russell Springs, Kentucky and two sons – Garon and Ryan.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio. Lee Davidson will officiate. There will be no visitation. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery. The Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio is serving the family.
