Billy Ray Smith, Sr., age 70 of Georgetown, Ohio died Sunday, December 2, 2018 at the Villa Georgetown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Georgetown, Ohio. He was a retired IT for Procter and Gamble and a United States Navy Veteran. Billy was born February 12, 1948 in Pineville, Louisiana the son of the late Leonard and Willie Mae Doyle. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one son – Billy Ray Smith, Jr. and one brother – Paul Doyle.

Mr. Smith is survived by six children – Richard Smith and wife Sandy, Charles Smith and John Smith all of Mason, Ohio, Daniel Smith and wife Faith of Georgetown, Ohio, Charlotte Smith of Tennessee and Michael Smith and wife Misty of Bethel, Ohio; eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in the Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio is serving the family.
