Heather Marie Ohmer

Heather Marie Ohmer, age 38 of Amelia, Ohio died Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. She worked at Health Source for the medical and insurance claims department. Heather was born February 1, 1979 in Georgetown, Ohio the daughter of Cindy (Dyer) Hunk and John Hunk and wife Karen all of Green Bay, Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by her grandparents – Charles Dyer and Linda and William Flaugher.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Ohmer is survived by her husband of nearly 10 years, Scott A. Ohmer whom she married September 8, 2007; one brother – Jeffrey Hunk of Green Bay, Wisconsin; father and mother-in-law – Allen and Roberta Ohmer of New Richmond, Ohio; two sisters-in-law – Angie Ohmer of San Diego, California and Holly Welch and husband Kenny of Eastgate, Ohio; seven nieces and nephews – Jacob Eslien, Kyle Ritzman, Casandra Bernard, Brianna and Dominic Cardella, Ashley Pearson and Grace Welch; five aunts – Kathy Dyer-Greene of Amelia, Ohio, Laurie Van Dierendonck and husband Greg of Cincinnati, Ohio, Melissa Gast of Amelia, Ohio, Nicole Cox and husband Rob of New Richmond, Ohio and Melissa Dyer of Loveland, Ohio; one uncle – Charles “Andy” Dyer and wife Stephanie of Hamersville, Ohio; one great uncle – James Dyer and wife Birdie of Lancaster, Ohio; one great aunt – Donna Barton of Florida; many nieces, nephews and friends and her dog – Peanut.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. Saturday, August 19, 2017 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home. Cremation will follow services.
