Richard Lee Fritz

Richard Lee Fritz, age 91 of Georgetown, Ohio died Thursday, November 8, 2018 at the Villa Georgetown in Georgetown, Ohio. He was a retired supervisor for the Brown County Engineer’s Office and a United States Army veteran. Richard was born August 6, 1927 in Higginsport, Ohio the son of the late Edward L. and Isabelle (Wilson) Fritz. He was also preceded in death by two wives – Mary (Griffith) Fritz and Helen (Kirk) Fritz; one daughter – Dee Ann Fritz Malott; one son in law – Jeffrey Fritz and five brothers – Albert, Paul, Elwood, Rodney and Allen Ray Fritz.

Mr. Fritz is survived by one daughter – Vicki Fritz of Georgetown, Ohio; two granddaughters – Meredith Ford and husband Garrett of Amelia, Ohio and Lindsey O’Neill and husband Ben of Lebanon, Ohio; three great grandchildren – Mia and Jordan Ford and Isaac O’Neill; two sisters – Helen Bastin and Laura Jean McGovern both of Cincinnati, Ohio; two brothers – Carl Fritz of Georgetown, Ohio and Ralph Fritz of Florida; nieces and nephews and close friend – Dorothy Brooks of Georgetown, Ohio.

There will be no services. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio.
