Dorothy Kattine

Dorothy Kattine, age 100 of Georgetown, Ohio died Saturday, July 18, 2015 at the Ohio Valley Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ripley, Ohio. She was a retired dietician at the former Brown County General Hospital. Mrs. Kattine was born January 24, 1915 in Holland, Michigan the daughter of the late Jackson Alden and Ellen Mae (Jackson) Dunbar. She was also preceded in death by her husband – Richard T. Kattine in 1975, one son – Richard “Dicky” Kattine, two brothers – Alden and Fred Dunbar and two Sisters – Norma Mitchell and Ruth Metzger.

Mrs. Kattine is survived by two daughters – Shirley Hay and husband Bill of Mt. Washington, Ohio and Donna Yockey and husband John of Georgetown, Ohio; eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown.
