Alberta Eden

Alberta Jessie Eden, age 71 of Amelia, Ohio formerly of Georgetown, Ohio died Saturday, November 10, 2012 at her residence. She retired from Senco in Cincinnati, Ohio and was a member of the American Legion Post #773 in Amelia, Ohio. Alberta was born February 28, 1941 in Georgetown, Ohio the daughter of the late Raymond William and Ida Bell (McKenzie) Newberry. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother - William "Bill" Newberry.

Mrs. Eden is survived by her husband of forty-one years - James T. Eden; two daughters - Dianna Stapleton of Amelia, Ohio and Ida Mae Philippi of Cincinnati, Ohio; four grandsons - Troy, Zachariah, Jeremy and Louis; three great grandchildren - Anastasia, Hailey and Shiloh; one brother - Estel Newberry, Sr.; one sister - Edna Mae Neal and many neices, nephews and dear friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, November 15, 2012 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. William Kirby will officiate. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio.
