Alex Leland Collett, age 4 of Seaman, Ohio died Thursday, July 17, 2014 at Children's Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born January 8, 2010 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of Kayla Lester of Hillsboro, Ohio.
In addition to his mother, Alex is survived by his step-father - Michael Russell Smith of Goshen, Ohio; two brothers - Joshua Collett, Jr. and Michael Russell Smith, Jr.; one step-sister - Abby Gross; one step-brother - Aiden Gross; maternal grandparents - George Lester of Hillsboro, Ohio and Nancy Lester of Georgetown, Ohio; God parents - Matt and Cheyanna Gross of Seaman, Ohio and many aunts and uncles.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Steve Cowgill will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio.
