Alice Mae Butts

Alice Mae Butts, age 85 of Cincinnati, Ohio, died Sunday, May 29, 2016 at her residence. She worked in the copy department for General Electric for many years. Mrs. Butts was born May 16, 1931 in Carlisle, Kentucky the daughter of the late Ollie and Mattie (Barnes) Rigg. She was also preceded in death by her husband – David E. Butts and two brothers – J.C. and Emmett Rigg.
Mrs. Butts is survived by her son – Donald Butts and wife Donna of Cincinnati, Ohio; three grandchildren – Joel (Jen), Brian (Becky) and Lisa; five great-grandchildren – Morgan, Jacob, Brendan, Hannah and Abigail.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio. Randy Clark will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. Thursday. Interment will follow the funeral service in Mt. Orab Cemetery.
