Andrew "Andy" J. Eubanks, Sr., age 61 of Georgetown, Ohio died Thursday, September 24, 2009 at the Meadowwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Georgetown, Ohio. He was a heavy equipment operator. Andy was born on January 10, 1948 in Terrace Park, Ohio the son of the late James and Albie (Thompson) Eubanks. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife - Nora Eubanks, one grandson - Christopher Adam Eubanks, Jr., one brother - James Eubanks, Jr. and one sister - Jane Miller.
Mr. Eubanks is survived by five children - Andrew J. Eubanks, Jr. and Christina of Bethel, Ohio, Richard Eubanks of Cincinnati, Ohio, Dede Gaghan and husband Raymond of Bethel, Ohio, Christopher Eubanks, Sr. and wife Sherry of Cincinnati, Ohio and Tammy Eubanks of Cincinnati, Ohio; eight grandchildren - Teddy, Amanda, Randy, Alicia and Shyanne Eubanks and Raymond, Rachel and Brandon Gaghan; two sisters - Alice Andrea Starberry and husband Larry of Cincinnati, Ohio and Patricia Stearns and husband Tom of Albany, Kentucky and one brother - Joseph Alan Eubanks and wife Marlena of New Richmond, Ohio.
Graveside services will be held at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, September 28, 2009 at the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio. Chaplin Kathy Calcagno will officiate. There will be no visitation. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery. Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio will be serving the family.
