Anna Mae Hafer

Anna Mae Hafer, age 94 of Aberdeen, Ohio died Saturday, June 13, 2009 at the Ohio Valley Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ripley, Ohio. Mrs. Hafer was retired after twenty-two years of service at PCP in Ripley, Ohio, and was a homemaker and the oldest member of the Enon Christian Church near Manchester, Ohio. She was born February 25, 1915 in Adams County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Roy Lee Kirk and Matilda (Ellington) Woodruff. She was also preceded in death by her husband of sixty-nine years - William A. Hafer in 2003, one son - William Elwood Hafer, six brothers - Richard, William, Charles, Elwood, Ronnie Kirk, a brother who died in infancy and one sister - Betty Kirk.
