Anne Edwards

Annebelle “Anne” Edwards, age 97 of Loveland, Ohio and formerly of Oregonia, Ohio passed away Thursday, October 30, 2025 at the Siena Gardens Rehabilitation & Transitional Care in Amelia, Ohio. She was born August 18, 1928 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of the late Charles and Martha (Simpson) Buchanan. Anne was a dedicated retired store decorator for McAlpin’s located in Kenwood, Ohio. She and her husband worked together to build their cherished New England style home on their farm in Oregonia, Ohio. Anne found great joy in her time on the farm, cultivating her love for flowers, caring for animals, and embracing the beauty of country life. An avid antique collector, she beautifully decorated her home with her treasured finds, creating a showroom that showcased her passion. Additionally, Anne was a valued member of the Loveland Methodist Church in Loveland, Ohio. Her spirit and dedication to her passions will be fondly remembered by all who knew her. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death her husband of 56 years, Charles “Jeep” Eugene Edwards in 2008 whom she married October 23, 1948, three brothers – Raymond, Sonny and Daniel Buchanan and two sisters – Midge Harpold and Ruby Cambre.

Mrs. Edwards is survived by one son – Daniel T. Edwards and wife Patricia (Rose) of Batavia, Ohio; two grandchildren – Jessica O’Neal and husband Chris and Christopher Edwards both of Batavia, Ohio; three great grandchildren – Tinley Rose O’Neal and Isaac and Brennen Edwards; one sister – Roberta Metty of Kentucky; one brother – Howard Buchanan of Germantown, Ohio and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt.Orab, Ohio. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Pisgah Ridge Cemetery in Ripley, Ohio.
