Anthony Range, Jr

Anthony Range, Jr., age 75 of Sardinia, Ohio, died Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at his residence in the community of Lake Waynoka in Sardinia, Ohio. He was a U.S. Navy Korean War Veteran and a conductor for 36 years for Conrail Railroad. Mr. Range was born on November 17, 1931 in Hamilton County, Ohio the son of the late Anthony Sr. and Della (Parker) Range. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Richard Doss.

Mr. Range is survived by his wife of 51 years, W. Jean (Mathis) Range; one son - Anthony Range III of Batavia, Ohio; two daughters - Carolyn Curran of Versailles, Indiana and Mary Seifert of Dayton, Kentucky; five grandchildren - Stacy Land, Brian Hendricks, Amy Lawson, Amanda Egan and Trisha Range; six great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; two sisters - Shirley McNiese of Independence Kentucky and Anna Lou Hammick of New Richmond, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held at 9:30 A.M. on Saturday, November 17, 2007 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Pastor Bonnie Keith will officiate. Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 9:00 P.M. on Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Rest Haven Memorial Cemetery in Blue Ash, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hospice of Hope, Ohio Valley, 215 Hughes Blvd., Mt. Orab, Ohio 45154
