Barbara Ann Dickens

Mrs. Barbara Ann Dickens, age 62 of Georgetown, Ohio, died Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at her home. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Dickens was born on September 3, 1944 in Scott Township, Ohio the daughter of the late Stanley and Mildred Lang. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Patricia Craig and her father-in-law, Thomas Dickens.

Mrs. Dickens is survived by her loving husband, Gerald Dean Dickens; two daughters - Tammy Downing and husband Christopher of Sardinia, Ohio, Pamela Laws and husband Glenn of Georgetown, Ohio; two sons - Michael Dickens and wife Sue of Mt. Orab, Ohio, Gerald Dickens and wife Anna of Georgetown, Ohio; one sister, Connie Lang of Williamsburg, Ohio; six brothers - Richard Lang of Georgetown,Ohio; Carroll Lee Lang of Amelia, Ohio; Gary Lang of Mt. Orab, Ohio; Ricky Lang of Buford, Ohio; Sherman Lang of Mt. Carmel, Ohio and Ronnie Lang of Georgetown, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 P.M. Sunday, July 22, 2007 at The Georgetown Church of the Nazarene. Rev. Roy Stacy and Pastor Herb Norris will officiate. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M. Sunday at the church. Interment will follow the funeral services at Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society.
