Barbara Ann Gardner, age 75 of Felicity, Ohio died Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at the Clermont Mercy Hospital in Batavia, Ohio. She worked for thirty-five years as a bookkeeper for the Brown County Treasurer's office and as a supervisor for the Brown County Department of Human Services. Barbara was a member of the Shinkles Ridge Christian Church and the Old Cars and Friends Club. She was born March 27, 1938 in Aberdeen, Ohio the daughter of the late Leo and Nellie (Myers) Bramel.
