Betty Ann Geeslin
June 19, 1928 — October 28, 2008
Betty Ann Geeslin, age 80 of Georgetown, Ohio died Tuesday, October 28, 2008 from a massive stroke at the Brown County General Hospital in Georgetown, Ohio. She was a homemaker, a member of the F.O.E. #2293 in Georgetown, Ohio and The Order of the Eastern Star in Hillsboro, Ohio. Betty was born on June 19, 1928 in Hamersville, Ohio, the daughter of the late John R. and Nellie Jane (Liming) Murphy. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Geeslin, in 1993; one brother and sister in law, Jerry and Grace Murphy and one nephew - David Murphy.
Mrs. Geeslin is survived by two nieces - Janie Murphy-Burke and husband Michael of Plano, Texas and Sue Murphy-Craycraft and husband Randy of Hamersville, Ohio; six great nieces and nephews - Jerrord and Amy McGinnis both of Hamersville, Ohio and Shana, Sean, Kelsea and Ryane Burke, all of Plano, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, October 30, 2008 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Visitation will be from 12:00 P.M. until the time of services on Thursday. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery.
