Betty L Schwallie

Betty L. Schwallie, age 77 of Ripley, Ohio died peacefully surrounded by her family on February 20, 2014. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Michael Church in Ripley, Ohio. Mrs. Schwallie was born March 29, 1936 in Levanna, Ohio the daughter of the late Chester and Olive (Meadows) Fultz. She was also preceded in death by two sisters - Lillian and Hattie Rose.

Mrs. Schwallie is survived by her loving husband of fifty seven years - August Schwallie; five sons - Anthony (Diane) Schwallie of Cincinnati, Ohio, Ray (Felicia) Schwallie of Ripley, Ohio, Patrick (Paula) Schwallie of Ripley, Ohio, Charles (Terri) Schwallie of Columbus, Ohio and Terry (Binny) Schwallie of Westerville, Ohio; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 A.M. Monday, February, 24, 2014 at St. Michael Church in Ripley. Rev. Dohrman Byers will be the Celebrant. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Monday at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley. Interment will follow the funeral service in Maplewood Cemetery in Ripley.
