Brenda Kay Dunaway, age 58 of Higginsport, Ohio, died Friday, January 6, 2012 at her daughter's residence in Batavia, Ohio. She was a store clerk at Butternut Bread. Brenda was born June 16, 1953 in Maysville, Kentucky the daughter of Mildred Habermehl Galbraith of Higginsport, Ohio.
In addition to her mother, Brenda is survive by her daughter, April Rachelle Dunaway of Batavia, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her sister, Dyann Galbraith Fite.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday January 14, 2012 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M. on Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will follow the funeral service in Shinkle's Ridge Cemetery near Higginsport, Ohio.
