Bryan David Patrick, age 41 of Ripley, Ohio formerly of Mt. Orab, Ohio died Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at the Ohio Valley Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center near Ripley, Ohio. Bryan was born August 24, 1972 in Mt. Orab, Ohio the son of David and Bernadette (Hollander) Patrick of Mt. Orab, Ohio. Bryan was preceded in death by his grandparents - Robert and Norma Hollander and Barton and Mary Patrick and one great grandmother - Daisy Patrick.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Patrick is survived by one brother - Nick Patrick and wife Stephanie of Amelia, Ohio; one sister - Lisa Patrick of Cincinnati, Ohio; two nephews - Joshua Patrick of Cincinnati, Ohio and Mason Patrick of Amelia, Ohio and four nieces - Jessica and Mariah Reed of Clarksville, Ohio and Olivia and Chelsey Patrick of Amelia, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, July 7, 2014 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Sunday, July 6, 2014 at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Mt. Orab Cemetery in Mt. Orab, Ohio.
