Carl Eugene “Romeo” Day. Jr., age 55 of Winchester, Ohio died Monday, September 11, 2017 at the Hospice of Hope Inpatient Care Center in Seaman, Ohio. He was a truck driver for Home Run Trucking in Xenia, Ohio, a United States Marine veteran and founder and member of the Highlanders Group. Carl was born November 26, 1961 in Indianapolis, Indiana the son of Carl E. Day, Sr. of Ripley, Ohio and Bertha “Kate” (Strader) Day of Aberdeen, Ohio.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Day is survived by four children – Mya Correra and husband Brian, Daniel Day, William Day and Levi Day all of California; five grandchildren; one brother – Perry Day of Mt.Orab, Ohio; many friends and the wonderful family at Home Run Trucking.

A Memorial Ride will be held at 12:00 P.M. Saturday, September 23, 2017 followed by a Celebration of Life Gathering at 1:00 P.M. at 10462 Great House Road, Winchester, Ohio 45697. The Cahall Funeral Home in Mt.Orab, Ohio is serving the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any Cancer Organization of the donor’s choice.
