Cecil Ellsworth Bealer, I , age 71 of Williamsburg, Ohio formerly of Ripley, Ohio died Friday, August 2, 2013 at his residence. He was a diesel technician and taught Math and Ag Mechanics at Southern Hills Joint Vocational School in Georgetown, Ohio and was a member of the Beebe Chapel CME Church in Ripley, Ohio and the Umpire Association.
