Charles W. Frakes, age 70 of Winchester, Ohio died Sunday, September 11, 2011 at the Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Center in Seaman, Ohio. He was a factory employee and he and his wife owned the Belfast Friendly Market. Mr. Frakes was born October 3, 1940 in Covington, Kentucky the son of the late Charles and Lillian (Linville) Frakes. He was also preceded in death by his wife - Mary (Hahn) Frakes, two sisters - Mary Adamson and Carolyn Bridges, one brother - Bobby Frakes and his companion - Dora Mulligan.

Mr. Frakes is survived by one daughter - Kimberly Kratzer of Bethel, Ohio, one granddaughter - Jessica Kratzer of Bethel, Ohio, one sister - Bonnie Beath of Ripley, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Thursday, September 15, 2011 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Rev. Charles Moore will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. Thursday. Interment will be in the Plain View Cemetery near Newtownsville, Ohio. If desired, memorials may be made to Hospice of Hope, 215 Hughes Boulevard, Mt.Orab, Ohio 45154.
