Charles Walter Jodrey

Charles W. Jodrey, age 71 of Sunbury, Ohio died Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at the Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He was a machinist and an Army Vietnam War veteran. He was born February 9, 1943 in West Union, Ohio the son of the late Alvin Lee and Sadie Mabel (Kennon) Jodrey. He was also preceded in death by one sister – Connie Jodrey.

Mr. Jodrey is survived by one son – Todd Jodrey of Bethel, Ohio; two brothers – Jack Jodrey and wife Jeanette of Georgetown, Ohio and Jerry Jodrey and wife Jan of Sunbury, Ohio and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Rev. William Kirby will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment with veteran services will be in the Pierce Township Cemetery in Amelia, Ohio. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
