Charles Robert Kabler

Mr. Charles Robert Kabler, age 92 of Ripley, Ohio, died Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at Brown Co. General Hospital in Georgetown, Ohio. He was a farmer. Mr. Kabler was born on November 18, 1914 in Brown Co., Ohio the son of the late Robert and Louella Earthart Kabler. He was also preceded in death by his wife of sixty one years, Tressie Lou Kabler; two sons, Randall T. and Charles Robert Kabler; one son-in-law, Marvin Weatherspoon; two great-grandchildren; three sisters - Ida Mae Hall, Mildred Soders and Mary Schriver; four brothers - Bill, Roscoe, Leo and Russell Kabler.

Mr. Kabler is survived by two daughters, Susan Canter and JoAnn Weatherspoon, both of Bethel, Ohio; nine grandchildren; nineteen great- grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, October 20, 2007 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Rev. Dan Pence will officiate. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Laurel Cemetery near Bethel, Ohio.
