Charles “Chuck” Arthur Wermuth, age 81 of Cincinnati, Ohio died Saturday, December 3, 2016 at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was a retired print estimator, a United States Korean War Army veteran, a fifty-two-year member of the Oakley Masonic Lodge #668 and past master and member of the Wyoming Masonic Lodge #186, the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Valley of Cincinnati and the Syrian Shrine where he was a roadster and a clown and a member of the College Hill Christian Church. Chuck was born June 9, 1935 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of the late Raymond and Marybelle (Housch) Wermuth. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother – William Wermuth.
Mr. Wermuth is survived by his wife of forty-five years, Mary (Hile) Wermuth whom he married May 1, 1971; one son – Christopher Wermuth of Cincinnati, Ohio; one daughter – Kimberly Martin of Cincinnati, Ohio, one step-daughter – Brenda Schatzman of Cincinnati, Ohio and five grandchildren – Rob Martin, Joshua and Jeremy Hablutzel, Rachael Wermuth and Christopher Wermuth, II all of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Funeral and Masonic Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, December 8, 2016 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt.Orab, Ohio. Joe Strunk will officiate. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M.- 2;00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio will military services by the Carey Bavis American Legion Post #180 of Georgetown, Ohio.
