Charles Louis "Chuck" Ramey, age 77 of Winchester, Ohio died Monday, March 30, 2015 at the Anderson Mercy Hospital in Anderson Township, Ohio. He was a carpenter, a United States Marine veteran, a member of the Carey-Bavis American Legion Post #180 of Georgetown, Ohio, the Fraternal Order of Eagles # 2293 of Georgetown, Ohio, the Senior's Bowling League at the Community Lanes in Georgetown, Ohio and the National Rifle Association.
