Coleen Neal

Coleen Sue Neal, age 65 of Manchester, Ohio passed away Saturday 19, 2026 at her residence. She was born March 24, 1961 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of the late Ova and Rosalind (Prather) Neal. She was a devoted homemaker who loved her family deeply. Coleen enjoyed riding motorcycles and lived life on her own terms. Above all, she cherished her children and grandchildren, who were the greatest joys of her life. Besides her parents, Coleen was preceded in death by one daughter – Jeanaleen Halloran, one grandson – Carson Moore, one sister – Debbie Porter and three brothers – Gary Mullen, Glenn Mullen and Greg Mullen.

Ms. Neal is survived by three children – Rayleen Day and fiancé Ron Mills of Williamsburg, Ohio, Ova Halloran and wife Lauren of Hopewell, Virginia and Patricia Sue Brown and husband Tray of Chester, Virginia and sixteen grandchildren – Jordan and Nathaniel Jacobs, Shylah Day, Kingston, Keegan and Ova Halloran, Destiny Suggs, Qwentyn Halloran, Zyaire Johnson, Adrian and Patrick Henderson, Carter Dean, Nylah Brown, Tatyana Hayes, Kayleeyah Brown and Yohannes Harden.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, October 8, 2026 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt.Orab, Ohio. Visitation will be from 12:00 P.M. – 1:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio.
