Connie J. (Shelley) Hatcher

Connie J. Hatcher, age 78 of Mt.Orab, Ohio died Saturday, June 2, 2018 at the Anderson Mercy Hospital in Anderson Township, Ohio. She was a retired teacher for the West Clermont School District, a 53 year member of the Mt.Orab First Baptist Church in Mt.Orab, Ohio and the first president of the Mt.Orab Women’s Club. Connie was born August 31, 1939 in Lynch, Kentucky the daughter of the late Kerns and Maxine (Helton) Shelley. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bob D. Hatcher.

Mrs. Hatcher is survived by her two children – Shelley Jones and husband Robert and Rob Hatcher and wife Maudrie all of Mt.Orab, Ohio; two grandsons – Cory Jones and wife Holly of Denton, Kentucky and Ayden Hatcher of Mt. Orab, Ohio and one great grandson – Marshall Jones of Denton, Kentucky and one great granddaughter - Bristol Jones of Denton, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 8, 2018 at the Mt. Orab First Baptist Church, 704 South High Street, Mt.Orab, Ohio 45154. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. Thursday, June 7, 2018 at the church. Interment will be in the Mt.Orab Cemetery in Mt.Orab, Ohio.  The Cahall Funeral Home in Mt.Orab, Ohio is serving the family.
