Connie F. (Ingram) Mcafee

Connie F. McAfee, age 81 of Hamersville, Ohio died Thursday, September 17, 2020 at the University of Cincinnati Medial Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was a farmer, homemaker and loved music. She enjoyed singing for the senior citizens and for her church family at the Higginsport Christian Church in Higginsport, Ohio. Connie was born June 18, 1939 in Irvine, Kentucky the daughter of the late James and Grace (Jones) Ingram. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her previous husband – Tony Richey in 1999 and one great-granddaughter – Emma Grace Bolender in 2012.

Mrs. McAfee is survived by her husband – Cecil McAfee whom she married May 9, 2011; two children – Anita Earhart and husband Mike of Hamersville, Ohio and Jeff Riddle of Georgetown, Ohio; two step-daughters – Jada Mays and husband George of Williamsburg, Ohio and Julie Schuster of Batavia, Ohio; five grandchildren – Aubrey Bolender and husband Adam of Russellville, Ohio, Giles Earhart and wife Lindsey of Bethel, Ohio, Gary Wilson of Cincinnati, Ohio, Jacob Riddle and wife Ciara of Idaho and Ethan Riddle of New York; three step- grandchildren – Tyler Schuster of Florida, Whitney Schuster of Bethel, Ohio and Hunter Mays of Williamsburg, Ohio; eight great-grandchildren – Macy, Emery and Brant Bolender, Adelyn, Ellisyn and Laylyn Earhart and Merrick and Brodie Wilson and one brother – Carvus Ingram of Bethel, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at the Mt.Nebo United Methodist Church, 11693 State Route 774, Bethel, Ohio 45106. Mike Starkey will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. Tuesday at the church. Interment will be in the Red Oak Cemetery near Ripley, Ohio. During the visitation and funeral service, social distancing will be observed and facial coverings will be required.
