Courtney Hope Johnson, age 16 of Georgetown, Ohio died Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at the Mercy Fairfield Hospital in Fairfield, Ohio. Courtney was born March 25, 1998 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of Tim and Denise (Depoi) Johnson of Georgetown, Ohio. Besides her parents she is survived by two brothers - Jacob and Noah Johnson of Georgetown, Ohio; paternal grandparents - Jim and Diana Johnson of Georgetown, Ohio; maternal grandparents - Dennis and Sharon Depoi of Fairfield, Ohio; paternal great grandmother - Charlotte Spradlin of Georgetown, Ohio and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, November 8, 2014 at the Georgetown Church of the Nazarene, 4844 S.R. 125, Georgetown, Ohio. Rev. Cynthia Church will officiate. Visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M. Saturday at the church. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio.
