Daniel Keith Tuel

Daniel Keith Tuel, 74 of Ripley, Ohio, passed away Friday, May 15, 2026 at his home. He was a Water and Sewer Plant Operator in California before his retirement and return to Ripley. Mr. Tuel was born July 16, 1951 in Maysville, Kentucky, the son of the late Joseph Henry and Mary Fidella (Lewis) Hughes. He was also preceded in death by a sister – Connie Caudill.

Mr. Tuel is survived by a daughter - Michelle Jensen of Washington; a brother – Larry Hughes (Carolyn) of Georgetown, Ohio; a sister – Julia Mowen (Bob) of Aberdeen, Ohio; two half-siblings – Wilma White (Greg) of Paris, Kentucky and Johnny Hughes (Marsha) of Danville, Kentucky; as well as grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Following cremation, there will be no services. Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio is serving the family.
