David Black, Sr

David Albert Black, Sr., age 76 of Bethel, Ohio died Sunday, July 20, 2014 at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was a self-employed electrician, plumber and construction worker. David was born April 19, 1938 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of the late Albert C. and Mary Edith (Grate) Black.

Mr. Black is survived by his wife, Darlene (Howlett) Black; two daughters - Ruth Ann Wilker of Mt. Carmel, Ohio and Mary Beth Conrad and husband Garry of Bethel, Ohio; two sons - David A. Black, Jr. and James M. Black and wife Paula both of Bethel, Ohio; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, July 24, 2014 at the Bible Baptist Church, Mt. Orab, Ohio. Ted House and Charles Smith will officiate. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. -1:00 P.M. Thursday, July 24, 2014 at the church. Interment will be in the Red Oak Cemetery near Ripley, Ohio. The Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio is serving the family.
