David Leon Frazier

David Leon Frazier, age 60 of Georgetown, Ohio died Thursday, February 18, 2016 at the Villa Georgetown Nursing and Rehabilation Center in Georgetown, Ohio. He was a retired registered nurse and a member of the Russellville Church of Christ in Russellville, Ohio. David was born September 23, 1955 in Georgetown, Ohio the son of the late Elmer and Nellie (Bruan) Frazier. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife - Dianna (Colliver) Frazier in 2005 and one sister – Connie Frazier.

Mr. Frazier is survived by two sons – Christopher Frazier of Felicity, Ohio and Brent Frazier of Georgetown, Ohio; six grandchildren – Kayden, Dominique, Briasia, Elijah and Riley Frazier and David Farrell; four brothers – Elmer Frazier and wife Jeanie, Donald Frazier and Paula Funk, Bill Frazier and Jack Frazier and Donna Day all of Georgetown, Ohio; three sisters – Betty Mullis and Rob Wise of Felicity, Ohio, Sandy Lane and Willis Owens and Judy Day and husband Kenny all of Georgetown, Ohio; mother-in-law – Helen Colliver of Ripley, Ohio and many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, February 22, 2016 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Drue Day will officiate. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio.
