David Lee Smith, age 53 of Mt.Orab, Ohio died Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at his residence. He was a machinist for Milacron in Mt.Orab, Ohio. David was born May 4, 1958 in Abilene, Texas the son of the late Ronald and Betty (Prickett) Smith.
Mr. Smith is survived by two sons - Mathew Smith and fiancAC. Stephanie McKinney of Northern Kentucky and Christopher Smith of Georgetown, Ohio; one brother - Greg Smith of Maysville, Kentucky, two sisters - Rhonda Inderrieden of Lebanon, Ohio and Jerri Swearingen of Georgetown, Ohio and three nieces and nephews - Angela Smith of Salt Lake City, Utah, Gregory Smith of Maysville, Kentucky and Alex Swearingen of Georgetown, Ohio.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Friday, April 20, 2012 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Scott Hennig will officiate. Visitation will be from 6:00-7:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Hope, 215 Hughes Blvd., Mt.Orab, Ohio 45154.
