David Stauder

Walter David Stauder, age 68 of Ripley, Ohio, died Thursday, October 23, 2014 at his residence. He was retired from Steelcraft in Cincinnati, Ohio, after thirty three years of service. Mr. Stauder was born July 20, 1946 in Brown County, Ohio the son of the late John and Esta (Paul) Stauder. He was also preceded in death by his daughter - Rebecca Ann Stauder; two sisters - Pat Manning and Mary Chadwell; one brother - Richard Stauder.

Mr. Stauder is survived by one son - David Stauder and wife Laura of Jacksonville, Florida; one granddaughter - Lauren Nicole Bradford of Ripley, Ohio; four grandsons - Christopher Michael Shouse of Williamsburg, Ohio, David Stephen Shouse (USMC), Africa, Joel Stauder of Jacksonville, Florida and Luke Stauder (USAF), Arkansas; his best friend - Junia Lasiewski; four sisters - Millie Bockman of Cincinnati, Ohio, Cathie Poole of Fayetteville, Ohio, Linda Richey of Adams County, Ohio and Jean McCleese of Michigan; four brothers - Tom, Jerry and Steve Stauder, all of Ripley, Ohio and Terry Stauder of Maysville, Kentucky.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Vernon Green will officiate. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, at the funeral home. Inurnment will follow the memorial service in Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio.
