Devin Rae Bronner

Devin Rae Bronner, age 32 of Hamersville, Ohio was healed from her long battle with demons on Thursday, May 7, 2026. Though these demons affected many parts of her life they did not define who she was nor the love that she had for her family and friends. She was born December 27, 1993 in Anderson Township, Ohio the daughter of Gary and Charlene (Canter) Bronner. Devin was a shining light and touched the lives of everyone she met and was often referred to as the "best toy we have ever gotten" by her parents and three siblings. She was strong in her faith and believed. Before her passing she asked for and received her Last Rites because she knew she was deserving of the peace, courage and forgiveness of sins that they provided. Devin was reunited with her paternal grandparents -Ed and Jo Bronner, maternal grandfather - Charlie Canter, one aunt – Denni Greiner, one cousin - Jake Schnapp and one nephew - Carter Pollitt.

In addition to her parents, Devin is survived by one son - Xander Lohbeck; three siblings – Marie (Jeffrey Brown) Pollitt, Jay (Brandy) Pollitt and Lauren (Leebob) Keeney; nine nieces and nephews - Waylon, Liliya, Laiķen, Neveah, JD, Connor, Colin, Hanna and Mary; maternal grandmother – Judy (Durward Small) Canter; best friend and father of her son - Alex Lohbeck and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Those who truly loved Devin, hope her memory serves as a reminder that addiction is a disease that affects many families as a whole and that compassion, understanding and support deeply matter.

A memorial gathering will be held from 12:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May 30, 2026 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt.Orab, Ohio. Private inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family at Mt.Orab Cemetery in Mt.Orab, Ohio.
