Donald James Penick, age 78 of Ripley, Ohio formerly of Hamersville, Ohio died Monday, February 17, 2014 at the Ohio Valley Manor Nursing and Rehabilation Center near Ripley, Ohio. He was retired from Western Electric, a United States Army Veteran, member of the DAV, an ordained minister and was a faithful follower of Christ.
