Doris Wilson

Doris Annette Wilson, age 88 of Ripley, Ohio died Sunday, July 6, 2014 at her residence. She was a homemaker, an accomplished pianist and organist and a member of the Ripley Church of Christ for over fifty years, where she played the piano and organ. She also used her musical talents as a piano teacher in the local community for the last thirty years. While music was her an integral part of her life, her passion was her faith, family and home. Doris was born June 8, 1926 in Akron, Ohio the daughter of the late Carl and Grace (Laycock) Peterson. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Earl Wilson and two sons, Stephen Carl and John Keys Wilson.
