Dorothy Hannah Carter, age 90 of Georgetown, Ohio formerly of Felicity, Ohio died Monday, May 7, 2012 at the Villa Georgetown Nursing and Rehabilation in Georgetown, Ohio. She worked in the laundry department for the former Longview State Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.
