Dortha "Dot" Irene Crowley

Dortha "Dot" Irene Crowley, age 77 of Ripley, Ohio died Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at the Brown County General Hospital in Georgetown, Ohio. She was a retired supervisor for Cincinnati Electronics. Dortha was born December 15, 1933 in Barridge, Kentucky the daughter of the late Steven Deaton and Sadie (Combs) Sell. She was also preceded in death by one son - Shawn Crowley.

Mrs. Crowley is survived by her loving husband of 39 years - Thomas Crowley of Ripley, Ohio; seven children - Sandy Long and husband Mike of Cincinnati, Ohio, Gale Hollins and husband David of Williamsburg, Ohio, Dale Napier of Batavia, Ohio, Mary Adams and husband John of Ripley, Ohio, Mike Crowley and wife Janet of Williamsburg, Ohio, Debbie Selzer and husband Jeffrey of Norwood, Ohio and Dianne Vize and husband Michael of Aberdeen, Ohio; 14 Grandchildren - Robbie Sipple, Heather Magdish, David Hollins III, Sarah Farmer, Kyle Hollins, Steven Napier, Natalie Napier, Rockie Adams, Tracy Boyd, Ashley Carter, Jessica Selzer, Jonathan Selzer, Nicholas Vize, and Devon Vize; 20 Great Grandchildren; one sister-in-law - Mary Farmer and husband Jack and her loyal companion - Sassy.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, June 4, 2011 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Friday, June 3, 2011 at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Red Oak Cemetery near Ripley, Ohio.
