Dr. Donald Wilford Wahl

Dr. Donald Wilford Wahl "Doc", age 88 of Georgetown, Ohio died Sunday, December 28, 2014 at the Ohio Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ripley, Ohio He was a graduate of Georgetown High School class of 1944 and received a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University in 1952. He was a WWII veteran, serving in the United States Navy. Dr. Wahl and his wife opened and operated the Georgetown Animal Hospital in Georgetown for 42 years. He was a member of the Georgetown United Methodist Church and served on various community organizations such as: Georgetown Exempted Village School Board of Education, Southern Hills Joint Vocational School Board of Education, Gideon's and the Brown County Historical Society.
