Edgar O. Turner

Edgar Odell Turner, age 77 of Georgetown, Ohio died Thursday, May 8, 2014 at the Southwest Regional Medical Center in Georgetown, Ohio. Mr. Turner was a retired truck driver. He was born April 3, 1937 in Pulaski County, Kentucky the son of the late Elbert and Nona (Price) Turner. He was also preceded in death by his wife - Barbara Jean Turner in 2006, three brothers and two sisters.

Mr. Turner is survived by two sons - Dale Lee Turner and Denny Turner both of Georgetown, Ohio; one granddaughter - Christina Mae Turner of Georgetown, Ohio; three brothers - Wilbur and John Perry Turner both of Kentucky and Leavone Turner of Missouri; four sisters - Sue Harrison, Betty Sears and Violet Hasley all of Kentucky and Burne Longhorn of Hamilton, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, May 12, 2014 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Rev. Charles Smith will officiate. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Hospice of Hope, 215 Hughes Boulevard, Mt. Orab, Ohio 45154.
