Edward Back

Edward Harold Back, age 71 of Georgetown, Ohio formerly of Dayton, Ohio died Sunday, May 26, 2013 at the Ohio Veterans Home in Georgetown, Ohio. He was an Electronics Engineer for the United States Government and a United States Navy and Air Force Veteran. Edward was born May 5, 1942 in Dayton, Ohio the son of the late Harold and Dorothy (Gratsch) Back.

Mr. Back is survived by his loving wife - Linda (McElfresh) Back; one step-daughter - Robin Heller and husband Scott of Galena, Ohio; one step-son - David True of Corpus Christi, Texas; two sisters-in-law - Eileen Miller and husband Mike of Indianapolis, Indiana and Sandra McElfresh of Dayton, Ohio; one brother-in-law - Stephen Kovocs and wife Barbara of Oxford, Connecticut; his beloved dog - Danny and many friends, neighbors, extended family and wonderful nursing staff at the Ohio Veterans Home that gave him loving care and honored him daily.

An anatomical gift was made to the Ohio State University Medical College. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. The Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio is serving the family.
